Celebrating Fusion's fantastic long service achievements
Earlier in November we held our annual long service lunch to celebrate and reward those in the business who have achieved a significant length of service milestone. This was slightly different to normal years as we also celebrated those who had achieved a milestone in 2020 and were unfortunately unable to celebrate last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 02-12-2021
Every year we are proud to celebrate our employees long service commitment and dedication to the business. Within Fusion Group, long service is recognised following 20 years continuous service and every five years thereafter.
Fusion’s employees are our greatest asset and this year we are celebrating 6 employees who have received long service awards in 2020 and 11 who have received them this year. Employees also receive vouchers for the Fusion Employee Benefits Scheme as part of the celebration.
Neil Green, Group Managing Director, said;
‘Our employees are a major factor in the success of the business. I am delighted that so many of our colleagues show such loyalty and dedication to Fusion. To show our appreciation we host an annual long service lunch where employees can enjoy some time with colleagues and celebrate their great achievements. We have an amazing team of people working for Fusion and I would like to thank them for their hard work and commitment over the years!’
